Our Commitment and Guarantee

We have over a 99% satisfaction rate as we believe in reliability and responsibility. However, we realize risks will inherently be associated with surgery - which we minimize by selecting the best hospitals and surgeons. If you are healthy without prior medical conditions and have realistic expectations, then you should be pleased with your results.

If, in the case that a problem does arise as a result of the surgery that requires corrective surgery, we will cover the following:

Please note the following terms and conditions:

Please note our Non-smoking policy: Smoking can cause delayed recovery, wound breakdown and increased risk of infection. We strongly recommend that you stop smoking 4 weeks before and 4 weeks after surgery. You may be denied surgery if you smoke and the Bodyline Guarantee is void for smokers.

Please note, if you have any of the above conditions, surgery is at your own risk and it is strongly recommended that you do not go ahead with elective surgery procedures.

Liposuction - there may need to be more liposuction to get the desired results, as only a certain amount can be extracted at any one time safely. Also, slight unneveness or assymetry is a risk as areas cannot be perfectly in symmetry. This guarantee does not cover improvements for assymetry or unneveness from liposuction.

  1. Tummy Tucks - sometimes scar lines cannot be perfectly straight the first time, especially in larger patients or those with a lot of excess skin. This is the case with all tummy tucks, body lifts, thighs lifts and arm lifts. This guarantee does not cover improvements for a straighter scar line or improving the scarring.

  2. Facelift - with any face surgery, less is always more as surgeons try to achieve a natural result. Please discuss it with your surgeon if you want a tighter lift at your consultation. This guarantee does not cover redo in a facelift if it is not considered "tight" enough as this is improvement, and not considered corrective surgery.

  3. Breasts - there may be some compromises needed in the size and shape of breasts, as the final result depends entirely on the original breast shape and size. So therefore, flexibility is required as sometimes the perfect shape and size cannot be achieved if your existing tissue or shape or size will not allow for it. Your current chest size, amount of breast tissue will limit the size and shape that you can be. Your surgeon will outline in the consultation what can and cannot be achieved, be sure that you are comfortable with this before you proceed with surgery. This guarantee does not cover changing the size of breast implants as this is considered improvement, not corrective surgery. For this reason, it is extremely important to communicate well with your surgeon before your surgery, to know the size and shape that you will be and to ensure that your expectations are realistic.
